You’re very likely to hear and say this word around this time of year right? Just as we are about to bid farewell to 2013 and welcome 2014 with fireworks, a lot of laughter and cheer, we often ask our friends or colleagues

re-so-LU-tion

As you can see, the [LU] is in CAPITAL LETTERS, so it’s LONGER AND LOUDER.
1-Do NOT let your tongue tip touch anything when you say /r/ in [re].
2-Do NOT pronounce the [o] in [so], just say /z/.
2-Do NOT pronounce the [o] in [tion], just say something like [shin].
